Traditional Mahogany Grandfather Clock

Many years ago, Roy finished building a grandfather clock that his father had originally begun building for Roy's sister. Since Sherry's death in 2009, that clock is now living with us, awaiting restoration. It will soon be gracing the home of one of our nieces.

In 2007 , our nephew got married, and for his wedding present from the family, Roy finished the second case that his father had started more than twenty years ago.

Like the first clock, this clock case is solid mahogany built in a Federal style. The face is a traditional one showing the phases of the moon. The movement is a German-made mechanical movement with a Westminster chime.
