Ash and Redwood Menorah
This menorah was designed for friends of ours in Philadelphia. We had originally designed it to hold candles, but our friends realized that the drilled holes would also hold oil cups, and they chose to use those instead. Neat (and traditional) idea!
The menorah is made of ash and reclaimed redwood. It is approximately 18 inches long, 4 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide. It was finished with tung oil, a natural vegetable oil that enhances the depth of the wood grain.
