SHIPPING POLICY
All of the standard items in our shop that are in stock will ship within 24 to 48 hours of our receiving your order. If you are ordering an item that is currently out of stock or a custom order, shipping will vary. We will be in touch with an estimated shipping time.
We ship most of our items using the U. S. Postal Service. Normally Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days in the U. S. However, this is not guaranteed. Please allow 7 to 10 days for Priority Mail shipments to arrive. Express Mail is guaranteed to be delivered in one to two days, depending on where the package is being shipped to. Occasionally, these packages will be later than expected as well. If Express Mail packages arrive late, the Post Office will refund our shipping cost, and we will, of course, refund your shipping cost. If you would rather we use a different carrier for your order, please contact us, and we can discuss the options.
Standard shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawai'i) is free. Shipping charges will still apply to international shipping or expedited shipping options such as Express Mail, UPS, or FedEx.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE &
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with any standard, non-custom Laughing Coyote Woodworks product for any reason, we will gladly refund your money (not including any shipping fees) or give you credit toward another item. Simply return the product to us in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

You can order most of the products we have listed on these pages several ways.
Paypal: Our shop is set up to have Paypal process your order. You can pay for your order using your Paypal account or your credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to shop with us. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and direct bank charges.
Check or Money Order: Don't want to use Paypal? No problem! We gladly accept checks and money orders, too. Please write a note saying what you would like to purchase, and include a check or money order for the total amount. Send to:
