We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and secure. The purchase area of our site (through Paypal) is secure. This means that any information you send us is protected by encryption. It's easy to tell when you're protected by encryption--the lock and key in the address bar of your browser changes color or is no longer broken. This varies depending on your browser.

If an unauthorized charge is made through your Paypal account, Paypal guarantees 100% protection. If you receive email confirmation of a transaction that you did not approve, contact them and they will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. You will not be responsible for the charges.

If an unauthorized charge is made to your credit card through our website, your credit card provider can only hold you liable for the first $50. Laughing Coyote Woodworks will cover that liability (up to the full $50) for you, if it is proven to be our error. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
