The idea for the main pattern for these fireplace bellows came from a crop circle. Crop circles show up in fields all over the world and nobody but the maker really knows how they got there.
 
Some folks think aliens do it, many others think clever humans do. Either way, many of them are quite beautiful and suitable for chip carving.
 
This bellows is made of basswood and finished with shellac.

Dimensions: 20-1/4" long, 7-3/8" wide, 5" deep when open, and 2" deep when closed.
